Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and structured activities to ensure safety and well-being Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behaviors, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs of infants and toddlers as required Support inclusive classroom practices by accommodating children with special needs or disabilities using specialized techniques Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood settings Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid procedures Familiarity with special education strategies and experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays Strong classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and social interactions Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Experience with behavior management techniques and caregiving for infants through preschool-aged children Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child can thrive!
