Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ToddlerTeacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Educate children in various subjects including language, math, science, and arts through interactive activities. Monitor and assess children's progress in development and learning, providing feedback to parents as needed. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child. Stay informed about current trends in early childhood education, special education, and childhood development. Requirements Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. BEHAVIOUR TECH
