Basic English is required Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for children in your care Supervise children closely to ensure safety at all times, practicing effective child supervision and behavior management techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences to foster strong partnerships Follow all mandated reporting laws and health guidelines, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to ensure safety and compliance Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists when necessary Manage classroom routines such as meal times, nap schedules, diapering or potty training, and transitions smoothly throughout the day Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare places, preschools, nannying, babysitting, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, or willingness to obtain upon hire Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Passion for caregiving, teaching young children, and supporting their growth through nurturing guidance This role is perfect for energetic professionals eager to inspire young minds while advancing their career in early childhood education.
