As a key leader in early childhood education, you will design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your role is vital in creating a positive learning atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. Background in curriculum development with expertise in literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods preferred. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners effectively. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate classroom experience and foster active learning environments. Familiarity with behavior management techniques that support positive social interactions. Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is advantageous; certification in early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills for lesson planning, classroom setup, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
