Magnolia Forest Preschool is an outdoor early learning program where children and playworkers learn together in nature. Through the Magnolia Method, playworkers act as guides and co-constructors of learning, empowering children's growth through curiosity, play, and exploration. Playworkers work in teams, receive hands-on mentorship, and are supported by a strong community of leaders who believe in growth, reflection, and joy in learning. Each role at Magnolia Forest Preschool contributes to creating a learning environment rooted in curiosity, connection, and respect for the natural world. Employees model these values in their interactions with children, colleagues, and families, and engage in ongoing reflection and growth. Position Summary The Substitute Playworker steps in to support a small group of children through the Magnolia Method, a play-based forest school curriculum inspired by the tradition of European forest schools, when a regular playworker is out.
