Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for preschool-aged children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and communicate regularly with families. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum, events, and family engagement. Implement behavior guidance strategies aligned with Kinder Care policies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
