About us Our Place To Grow is a childcare center in Lacey, WA. We are seeking Teachers to join our organization at our new location that we are expanding! This individual will assist in planning and presenting age-appropriate activities for Pre-school children. Guiding children through education/development programs. Planning and delivering lessons designed to facilitate students' social, emotional, and cognitive development. Thinking on their feet and responding to each child's needs efficiently. Displaying a patient and calm personality coupled with a loving approach to every child. Contributing positively to the behavior and social interaction of the children. Building secure relationships with the children. Create a fun and safe learning environment Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress Maintain the health and safety of all students
