Rosie lets you pick up paid sessions with local families on your schedule. No fixed shifts and no searching for clients on your own. About Rosie Rosie is a Seattle-based household support company connecting families with trusted professionals we call Rosie Pros. Pros support busy households with childcare, homework help, meal prep, laundry, house resets and organization. We handle the matching and coordination so you can focus on the kids and the work itself. What you'll do ou'll work with families in and around Bellevue, supporting kids and the home around them in the same session. One afternoon might be school pickup, snack and homework help, then dinner prep and a kitchen reset before parents get home. Families share their routines, preferences and their kids' needs through Rosie ahead of time, so you walk in prepared. If you've handled a classroom transition, calmed a big feeling or kept a room of kids on schedule, you already know how to do this well. Rosie matches you with families and coordinates everything Build ongoing relationships with families who ask for you back Referral program so you can bring great colleagues on board You're a great fit if you Have at least 1 year of paid experience with kids, such as teaching, preschool, daycare, camp or nanny work Are reliable, organized and a clear communicator with parents Are comfortable moving between kids and household tasks Are 18 or older, fluent in English, and have CPR and First Aid certification (or can get it before you start) Our onboarding process We keep it simple and move quickly, so you can start picking up sessions in as little as a week.
