Job Description

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable teacher to lead our Preschool and After-School Care programs starting September 1, 2026 .
Schedule Preschool:
8:30 AM•12:30
PM Break:
12:30 PM•2:30
PM After-School Care:
2:30 PM•6:30 PM Monday-Friday | 8 hours/day
Pay:
$20/hour Responsibilities Preschool Follow our provided curriculum, lesson plans, and materials Guide children through Math and English activities Provide snacks and supervise daily routines Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom Class size will be 10 children or fewer After-School Care Receive students arriving from school Help with school homework Provide Math and English enrichment using Best Brains materials Supervise students during snack, study, and activity time Support students until parent pickup at 6:30 PM Qualifications Experience working with preschool and/or elementary-age children Strong Math and English skills, with the ability to support elementary and middle-school students Excellent spoken English and comfortable communicating with parents and children Energetic, patient, responsible, and engaging personality Strong classroom management and supervision skills Reliable and interested in a long-term commitment Experience as a preschool/daycare teacher, elementary teacher, substitute teacher, tutor, or retired teacher is welcome. Performance & Growth Performance reviews will be conducted every six months. Opportunities for pay increases or advancement will be based on overall performance and feedback from parents and students. Start Date September 1, 2026 We are looking to fill this position soon.
