Key Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include the safety, care, and education of the toddler children enrolled in the center and will demonstrate competency in these areas and others Planning and implementing positive guidance strategies designed to meet the individual needs of the children in care; supporting positive child outcomes; teaching and participating in positive assistance in potty-training, open and professional communication with co-workers, managers, and families. Build and sustain warm, responsive, and positive relationships with all children and their families to create a welcoming environment.

Qualified candidates need to:

Have at least 6 months of experience working with children in a licensed facility or classroom setting. Be dedicated, reliable, and organized with a strong interest in children and education Strong communication skills along with the ability and desire to work as a team member of a diverse and dynamic team

Hours of Position:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Wage Range:

$22.00-25.00 per hour
