KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Kennydale center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead age-appropriate lessons, support social, emotional, and cognitive development, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, document children's progress, and uphold all health and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and daily experiences. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide initiatives and events. Manage daily classroom routines, transitions, and behavior effectively. Set up and maintain engaging, developmentally appropriate learning centers. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support new initiatives and curriculum improvements within the center.
