30-40 hours per week About Us Level Up Learning is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our team! We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for early childhood education. Responsibilities Provide a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's development. Supervise children at all times while maintaining Washington State licensing standards. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom. Complete daily documentation and communicate with families using Brightwheel. Work collaboratively with the teaching team and administration. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a licensed childcare center is preferred. Washington State MERIT account or willingness to create one. STARS training completed or willingness to complete required training. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, patient, and passionate about working with young children. Requirements Ability to pass a DCYF background check. Current Washington State Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain upon hire). Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Bloodborne Pathogens training (or ability to complete). Must meet all Washington State licensing requirements for childcare staff. Benefits Paid training and professional development.
