Job Description

As a 501c3 religious organization, North Cascades Christian Fellowship operates a fully licensed childcare center (North Cascades Child Development Center
  • Sedro Woolley) as part of our ministry.
We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while instilling Christian values. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team. As a teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering the intellectual and creative growth of the children in our care.
Responsibilities:
  • Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
  • Create and maintain a fun and safe learning environment.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
  • Communicate with parents about students' growth and progress.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all students in your care.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is preferred.
  • A strong passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
  • Ability to build rapport with children and create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
  • Possess a positive and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass a portable background check.
  • Completion of 30 hours of STARS training.
