Job Description
As a 501c3 religious organization, North Cascades Christian Fellowship operates a fully licensed childcare center (North Cascades Child Development Center
- Sedro Woolley) as part of our ministry.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
- Create and maintain a fun and safe learning environment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Communicate with parents about students' growth and progress.
- Ensure the health and safety of all students in your care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields is preferred.
- A strong passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
- Ability to build rapport with children and create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Possess a positive and patient demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a portable background check.
- Completion of 30 hours of STARS training.
