KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for our Silver Ridge center to inspire young learners in a safe, nurturing classroom. In this role, you'll design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will build strong, trusting relationships with families through regular communication and progress updates. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment aligned with Kinder Care standards. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and sharing updates with families. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, fostering strong, respectful partnerships. Support classroom routines including meals, rest, and transitions while modeling positive behavior. Collaborate with center staff to align curriculum, share best practices, and support center initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance teaching practices.
