We are looking for wonderful cheerleaders. Show babies that they can be loved unconditionally by people in addition to mommy and daddy. Create learning environments that foster children's trust and emotional security and respond to their interests and needs. Responsibilities Develop individual care plans for each infant based on their stage of development Maintained detailed notes and files on the infants' development and progress Modeled empathy through respect, response, and gentle guidance Fostered emotional and social development through a secure attachment with each child Built excellent relationships with each child's family and communicated with them daily Ensured compliance with state regulations and industry best-practices for cleanliness and safety. Organize naps, feedings and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all time Be able to pass a Washington State background check. Skills Certification in child CPR and First Aid Excellent communication and instructional skills Ability to act as a mediator between children Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable
