KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Hazel Dell KinderCare North center in Vancouver, WA. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom where young children learn, explore, and grow. You'll design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and academic skills, and maintain close communication with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Build positive, responsive relationships with children and families. Monitor and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center goals. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in training and professional development. Communicate daily with families about children's routines and learning. Support classroom routines including meals, rest, and transitions. Assist with classroom organization, materials, and record-keeping.
