Responsibilities Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment that supports learning and exploration. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families and center leadership. Build positive, inclusive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Follow all licensing, health, and safety standards and Kinder Care policies. Collaborate with teaching team to enhance curriculum and classroom practices. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
