Job Description

Renewal Unlimited is seeking Infant/Toddler Teachers for our Head Start classroom in Beaver Dam. There are currently 2 positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum focused on each infant or toddler's developmental level as the base is formed for school readiness skills. Promote development in cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language areas. Observe and assess children's development and maintain accurate documentation in a software program. Collaborate with families to support the growth and well-being of each child. Provide a nurturing, engaging, and safe classroom environment, following Wisconsin State Daycare regulations and Head Start standards. Supervise and guide Classroom Assistants (if assigned). Support children's health, nutrition, and safety in alignment with Head Start Performance Standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education; an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in Infant and Toddler Care.
Preferred:
1+ year of experience in Early Childhood Education or childcare. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Compassionate and nurturing skills in working with young children.

Job Type:
Full-Time, Monday•Friday, 40 hours/week (Center opens at 7:00 a.m.•5:30 p.m.), with occasional evening hours for special events. $40,151.00•$46,151.00 per year
