• Pewaukee is seeking an experienced Toddler Lead Teacher who loves the energy, curiosity, and rapid development of the toddler years.

You'll lead a nurturing classroom where children are building language, independence, friendships, and confidence while learning through hands-on experiences, movement, exploration, and play. Key Responsibilities Lead daily Toddler classroom activities and routines Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum Engage children through sensory play, art, music, movement, stories, language, and hands-on learning Encourage communication, independence, and positive social interactions Support diapering, toileting, meals, rest time, and transitions Use positive guidance and developmentally appropriate classroom management Observe and document children's developmental progress Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families Maintain Wisconsin licensing, health, and safety standards Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required Toddler classroom experience strongly preferred CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related credential preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Must meet applicable Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements What We Offer $18
