Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants, supporting their developmental milestones through engaging activities and attentive care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young children to explore, learn, and grow confidently. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and milestones Follow all mandated reporting laws and health guidelines, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Support individual developmental plans for children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities accordingly Document daily observations of each child's growth and behavior to inform ongoing curriculum planning Qualifications Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid required; ongoing training preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior management strategies Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws and maintain confidentiality of student information Join us in shaping the future by providing compassionate care and inspiring early learning!
