Children's House Montessori School is looking for a part time teacher to work approximately 3-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday, with longer shifts available on Fridays. This would be a great opportunity for a student looking to work part-time! We are looking for someone to join our team environment who enjoys helping children learn and develop, loves hugs, and working in a fast paced environment. This position will work with children aged 2-5 years old. As a closing teacher, you'll help to create a fun, safe environment for children as they explore and learn through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development. Duties include but not limited to:

• Reading/singing with children
• Assisting with snack time
• Carrying out classroom activities
• Relaying information to parents at pick-up
• Nightly classroom cleaning Teaching is more than a job.
