Responsibilities Design and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. Support learning and healthy living through nature-inspired learning. Maintain documentation. Collaborate with families and other early childhood professionals to support high-quality programming. Provide an environment that is inclusive and supportive of multiple learners. Maintain standards of licensing and NECPA accreditation. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, special education practices, and behavior management techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate literacy education, math instruction, communication skills, and behavioral health strategies. Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and team coordination with other professionals. Level 12 or higher on the Wisconsin Early Childhood Registry (minimum of AA in early childhood or a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field).
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
