Full Time Position:
Daycare Teacher-Lead Monday through Friday flexible scheduling Reports to: Director / Administrator Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Fulfill schedules hours; notify director when needing time off or ill. . Work with 3-4 year olds
  • Understand and follow Edgar Child Care Inc, Policies; Employee & Parent Handbook.
  • Attend Staff Meetings and Professional Development Trainings.
  • Complete Continue Education Requirements.
  • Provide a variety of educational experiences such as: art, music and movement, literature, math and science, nature, sensory, cooking, etc.
  • Provides curriculum plans, individual child development profile and other records as needed.
Qualifications and Skills At least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED. Previous childcare teacher experience is desired but will mentor the right candidate. Childcare training, classes, certificates, college credits or degrees, and other education. Experience and knowledge of Licensing Rules and Regulations, YoungStar, Creative Curriculum and WEMLS helpful but not necessary. Benefits Reduced Child Care Costs by 30%
