Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students, guiding them in their academic and personal development. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards while incorporating innovative teaching methods. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive and respectful learning atmosphere. Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences and support student engagement. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adapt instructional methods accordingly. Foster communication with parents and guardians regarding student development, classroom activities, and behavioral management strategies. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant information. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and special education. Experience Proven experience in classroom management, preferably within preschool childhood or special education settings. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing effective teaching strategies tailored to diverse learners. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience working in daycare or preschool environments is a must.
