You'll partner with the Center Director to support teachers, families, and daily school operations while helping create a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn and grow. What You'll Do Partner with the Center Director to support daily childcare center operations Support, coach, and develop teachers and staff Help maintain Wisconsin licensing, safety, and quality standards Build strong relationships with children and families Assist with staffing, enrollment, and overall center performance Step into leadership of the school when the Center Director is unavailable What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age Previous leadership experience At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility High school diploma or equivalent Wisconsin Registry Level 7 or higher Currently Level 6? Candidates actively nearing completion of Level 7 may also be considered. Must meet all applicable Wisconsin licensing and center requirements Why Join Us?
