Infant Toddler Teacher Lil' Hawks Academy | Ages 8 months - 20 Months Lil' Hawks Academy is hiring a caring, dependable, and energetic Infant Toddler Teacher to help our youngest learners grow, explore, and thrive. You'll provide nurturing care, support developmental milestones, and create a safe, engaging classroom where infants and toddlers feel secure, supported, and excited to learn. What You'll Do Provide attentive, responsive care for toddlers ages 8 months to 20 months. Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, soothing, and rest periods. Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage language, sensory, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional development. Create a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Follow safe sleep, sanitation, feeding, and health and safety procedures. Observe and document developmental milestones and progress. Communicate positively with parents and guardians about each child's day, routines, and development. Use positive guidance and redirection to support healthy social-emotional development. Collaborate with fellow teachers and Academy leadership. Follow all licensing, confidentiality, mandated reporting, and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For:
We welcome early childhood educators and degree-holding candidates who are passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive. Experience working with infants, toddlers, or young children preferred. Knowledge of infant and toddler development. Patient, nurturing, reliable, and energetic personality. Strong communication and classroom organization skills. Ability to follow individual feeding, sleeping, and care schedules. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
