KinderCare seeks a Specialized Lead Pre K Teacher to design and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschool children. In this role, you will create a safe, inclusive classroom that supports social, emotional, and academic growth. You will develop and implement lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards, observe and document progress, and communicate regularly with families. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll mentor assistants, uphold health and safety protocols, and contribute to a positive center culture focused on continuous learning and development.
