We're looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can grow, learn, and belong. What You'll Do Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment. Build caring relationships with children and their families. Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate learning experiences. Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Kind, patient, and dependable. Passionate about working with young children. A positive team player with strong communication skills. Organized and reliable. Willing to learn and grow professionally. Qualifications Experience working with young children. Wisconsin Early Childhood Registry credentials are preferred or willingness to obtain them. Must be able to pass all required background checks.
