Lead Toddler Teachers. One position is full time (4-5 days/week); the other is part time (2-3 days/week). Kaylee's Garden believes children learn best through loving relationships, play, and imagination. Our center places a strong emphasis on social/emotional development and utilizes the Pyramid Model framework to guide teaching and interactions. We are a Pyramid Model Implementation site through the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health and are a 5-star accredited center! Teacher responsibilities include learning plans, observations, assessments, and building relationships with the children and their families.
