Job Description
We're hiring! Tiny Tree Academy is looking for a loving, dependable, full-time Infant Teacher to join our team. We're a nature-inspired early childhood program that believes babies deserve more than simply being cared for. They deserve consistent caregivers who know their personalities, respond to their needs, celebrate their milestones, and create a peaceful environment where they feel safe and loved. What we're looking for:
- A warm, patient and nurturing personality
- Reliability and excellent attendance
- Experience caring for infants preferred
- Strong communication with parents and coworkers
- Comfortable following individual feeding, sleeping and care routines
- Someone who notices the little things and genuinely enjoys babies
- Ability to meet Wisconsin child-care licensing requirements
- Willingness to complete required training if needed
- CPR/First Aid and infant/toddler coursework are a plus
Pay:
$15- 19/hour, based on education and experience.
