Infant Teacher Come grow with us! Trinity Lutheran Early Learning Center is looking for a loving, dependable, and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. If you love babies, believe in the importance of their earliest years, and want to make a difference by connecting children to Jesus and nurturing the wonder of childhood , we would love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants Plan and provide developmentally appropriate activities that encourage sensory, physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development Follow each child's individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines Observe and document developmental milestones and communicate with families about their child's day and progress Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers Incorporate faith naturally into the classroom through prayer, Bible stories, songs, and Christ-centered care Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom Follow all Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements and Trinity ELC policies Work as part of a supportive team dedicated to providing excellent care What We're Looking For Experience caring for or teaching infants or young children preferred A genuine love for children and a heart for serving families Dependable, patient, nurturing, and positive Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to our team Ability to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements Why Trinity? Pay:
$17.50 - $21.00 per hour
