Duties Provide attentive care to meet the physical needs of children, including feeding, diapering, and comforting Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and encourage curiosity through play-based learning Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations Experience Prior classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare, preschool, or private school settings Knowledge of childhood development milestones and best practices in early childhood education Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Demonstrated ability to manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment Join us in shaping the future by providing high-quality Christian childcare that inspires curiosity, confidence, and joy in every child.
