Duties:
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
  • Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
  • Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degrees, Early Education state requirements
  • Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
  • Ability to manage a classroom of children and maintain discipline when necessary
  • First aid and CPR certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parents and colleagues
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children Please note that this position may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
