Lead Teacher:
Inspire Young Minds :
Implement our dynamic curriculum to help children aged 6 months to 6 years grow socially, physically, and cognitively. Create a
Magical Learning Space :
Ensure a safe and engaging environment where every child can explore and thrive. Collaborate with
Families :
Build strong relationships with parents and work together to provide the best care and education for their children.
Support Our Success :
Work with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.
Build Connections :
Foster positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, and community partners.
What We're Looking For:
A genuine love for children and a desire to make a meaningful impact in their lives. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage each child's needs and documentation effectively. Ability to communicate openly and honestly with families, ensuring transparency and support. Relevant qualifications, including a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification (or willingness to obtain), CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and at least 1 year of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred). Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and assume various postures to interact with children.
