Overview:
Are you looking to work in a unique learning and supportive environment? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Daycare Teacher to join our team at TRIO Explorers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment. If you have experience in childcare and early childhood education, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Use positive guidance and behavioral strategies in the classroom
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for children
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Follow daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all children
Experience:
- Previous experience in toddler care, childcare, or early childhood education is preferred

Requirements:
- A passion for working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when interacting with children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
