Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community. Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to parents as needed. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures. Skills Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Strong caregiving skills with the ability to nurture children's emotional needs. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds. Ability to create engaging classroom activities that cater to diverse learning styles. Proficiency in maintaining a structured yet flexible classroom environment. First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
