2 Full-Time Lead Teachers Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships? We are seeking dedicated, nurturing, and enthusiastic teachers to join and teach in our 3 year-old classroom. Position We are looking for committed Teachers to complement our qualified workforce of educators. This position plays a vital role in fostering a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children age 3. The ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education, enjoy working with preschool-aged children, and are dedicated to helping children develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive hands-on learning experiences Create and maintain a safe, welcome, and organized classroom environment Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, lessons, and outdoor experiences Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Observe and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with families Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members to support classroom and program goals Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events Follow all licensing regulations and BGCA Tri-County and PJW policies and procedures

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent Introduction to Child Care Profession class Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher class Fundamentals of the Infant and Toddler class

Fundamentals of Family Child Care Principles of Child Care Certification Skills :

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred Knowledge of developmentally appropriate teaching practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized, dependable, and committed to student success Creative, energetic, and patient Strong moral character and professionalism Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

Knowledge of CPR Schedule:
