Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 years. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of children. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention. Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance child welfare and community engagement. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices in teaching and classroom management. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. Skills you have or are willing to learn: Background in curriculum development and lesson planning. Experience working with children in various settings, including daycare, preschool, or private schools. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies. Effective communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff. Familiarity with early intervention techniques and special education practices. Ability to create engaging learning activities that promote literacy education and math skills. Proficient in classroom management techniques that foster a positive educational atmosphere.
