Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, communication skills, and social-emotional development. Implement instructional modifications tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Manage classroom behavior effectively Experience Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or elementary school teaching. Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills paired with mentoring abilities to support both students and fellow educators in a collaborative environment. Pay:
