As a Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative curriculum managing classroom activities, and collaborating closely with familiesto support each child's developmental journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example, inspire students, and contribute to the growth of a nurturing educational community. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, communication skills, and social-emotional development. Implement instructional modifications tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Manage classroom behavior effectively Experience Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or elementary school teaching. Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and classroom management strategies. Excellent communication skills paired with mentoring abilities to support both students and fellow educators in a collaborative environment. Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
