Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Center Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children in our care. You will work with preschool and toddler-aged children, guiding their development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences. Your commitment to early childhood education will help foster a love for learning in each child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment. Provide individualized attention to students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, including those with special education requirements. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative community. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that encourages exploration and creativity. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Skills Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging and orderly environment. Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices, particularly in preschool settings. Ability to educate young children through creative lesson plans and hands-on activities. Experience in tutoring or providing additional support for children's learning needs is a plus. Familiarity with toddler care practices to ensure the well-being of younger children in the center.
