Job Overview Join our early childhood education team as a Daycare Support Staff member! In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster developmental growth, support classroom activities, and ensure each child's well-being. Responsibilities Supervise children during play, learning activities, and meals to ensure safety and engagement Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional activities focused on childhood development and early learning standards Support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with age-appropriate care routines including diapering, feeding, and nap times Implement child supervision strategies that promote positive behavior management and social skills development Communicate effectively with parents Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid/CPR Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Familiarity with best practices in childcare safety Previous roles such as babysitting, nannying, or working with young children Join us to help shape bright futures! Pay:

$10.50 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
