Job Description

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging, play-based lesson plans that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment. Actively participate in children's play, including messy and outdoor activities. Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Childcare education or related coursework (preferred). Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Demonstrated love for working with children. Creativity and a playful approach to learning. Strong organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
