Amplify Children's Academy is a school providing care and education for infants through school-aged children. We are committed to enhancing childhood curiosity, creativity, and character. We are closed weekends and evenings, so all shifts are between the hours of 7am and 5:45pm, Monday through Friday. We are looking for an early childhood educator with experience providing care and learning opportunities for toddlers, ages 18 months to 3 years.

Duties include:

• Implement and assist with toddler lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Conduct assessments to track children's progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's individual needs and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom.
• Follow all licensing regulations and maintain necessary documentation.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
