The Unit welcomes diverse theoretical, methodological, and disciplinary perspectives, including organizational behavior, organization studies, management, sociology, psychology, industrial relations, and related fields. The Unit is committed to advancing fundamental understanding of organizations, leadership, teams, management, and the psychological and sociological underpinnings of work while engaging questions of importance to business and society.
