The LCFP aims to recruit and hire exceptional early-career faculty who have engaged in efforts to increase access and inclusion in higher education through their teaching and mentoring, and/or research and scholarship, and/or service and engagement. Required Qualifications• Successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentorship. The program seeks applicants whose research, and/or teaching, and/or service have contributed to efforts to reduce educational disparities based on factors such as race, ethnicity, first generation status, familial income, disability, sexual orientation, gender, immigrant status, and veteran status among other factors. New faculty will be expected to establish an independent research program.
