The Elle Center is a one-to-one structured literacy and numeracy intervention practice in the Arcadia area of Phoenix. We are an International Dyslexia Association preferred provider, and every team member is trained at the master's level in structured literacy. Our work is evidence-aligned, grounded in the science of reading, and delivered one student at a time. Families come to us for genuine expertise and warm, individualized care, and our growing caseload has prompted us to add to the team. You will deliver one-to-one literacy intervention sessions to students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and related language-based learning differences, working from evidence-aligned structured literacy programming. The role also includes session preparation, progress monitoring and documentation, parent communication, and collaboration with our team. Please read this before applying . This position requires onsite availability Monday through Friday into the early evening, with sessions typically running until 5:30 PM. If an after-school schedule does not work for you, this will not be the right fit. The Center follows an academic calendar with generous paid breaks, including fall, winter, and spring breaks, as well as observed federal holidays, paid sick leave, and paid professional development days. Summer is a working term structured around intensive sessions.

Qualifications:

A master's degree in education, reading, literacy, or a closely related field is required. We are looking for training and experience in structured literacy intervention, such as Orton-Gillingham, the Wilson Reading System, Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing (LiPS), Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (LETRS), AIM Pathways to Proficient Reading, or comparable preparation, along with 5 years + experience working with students with dyslexia and other learning challenges. Assessment experience is a plus. We support and encourage certification through the Center for Effective Reading Instruction, and professional growth is genuinely part of the culture here.
