Principal Position Overview Imagine Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to provide high-quality educational instruction to students within an assigned grade level or subject area. This role focuses on delivering engaging lessons, supporting student growth, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes both academic and character development. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver effective, engaging instruction tailored to student needs Assess student progress using research-based methods and provide corrective feedback Re-teach concepts as necessary to ensure mastery of learning objectives Collaborate with parents, guardians, and fellow educators to support student success Implement approved curriculum and required instructional modifications Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation Apply proactive classroom management and discipline strategies Stay current with educational research and best practices Model positive character traits and support student character development Perform additional duties as assigned by school leadership
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Highly Effective Rating Reading Endorsement Completed State teaching certification with appropriate endorsement Pre-service experience required for certification Background Check Required through
