Position Summary:

Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants for aDriving Under the Influence (DUI) Program Instructor who will provide structured, evidence-based education to individuals mandated to participate in DUI programming. This role supports clients in understanding the impact of alcohol and/or substance use on personal behavior, safety, and legal responsibility, while promoting accountability and positive behavioral change. The Instructor will facilitate DUI education classes, maintain curriculum compliance with applicable state and agency requirements, and ensure accurate documentation of attendance, participation, and progress. This position may also involve coordinating with internal departments, the court system, and external referral sources as needed to support client compliance and program integrity. Applicants must be engaging, professional, and comfortable working with diverse populations in a group setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills, the ability to establish structure while maintaining a supportive learning environment, and the capacity to remain composed in challenging situations.
