Job Description:
Job Description University Laboratory School WAE- Instrument Specialist Job Summary The Instrument Specialist will provide hands-on, individualized instruction to students on their primary instruments and assigned repertoire.
- Provide individualized instruction to students, one on one and in small group, to enhance their understanding and production of characteristic tone at a performing musician's level. 20
- Guide students through assigned repertoire, fostering musical growth by introducing and demonstrating new concepts and performance practices. 20
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate each student's unique learning style and support their ongoing skill development. 20
- Mentor and encourage students to build confidence in their abilities and prepare effectively for performances. 20
- Model the skills and professionalism expected of a highly successful performing musician.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree LSU values skills, experience, and expertise.
